About me
👋🏼 UX Designer with a background in Art History & Psychology.
It was ten years ago when I helped launch an online exhibition titled Asia at the World’s Fairs at Boston University. Although I majored in different fields, I fell in love with web design. After spending countless hours pouring over website forums, blog posts, and YouTube videos to teach myself some technical skills, I enrolled in the Information Experience Design graduate program at Pratt. It was there that I learned about the greatest asset of a UX designer: the ability to build meaningful relationships and projects with people of diverse cultures, skill sets, and industries. Much like an enticing piece of artwork, good design can inspire, engage, and bring people closer together.
I have since completed the program and currently reside in London. My degrees in UX Design, Art History, and Psychology have led me to take an interdisciplinary approach to design. Whether it’s building a new website for a small business, evaluating an existing website, or preserving digital archives, I’m passionate about delivering an end product that can engage, empower, and enhance the user experience for all.
If you’re interested in working together or simply want to have a chat about projects, don’t hesitate to reach out! In the meantime, feel free to check out some of my projects to keep up with my creative journey.

Whether it’s finding a neighborhood coffee shop with exceptional lattes or stumbling upon a weekend market selling handmade crafts, I’m enjoying the many perks of living in London. Here are some of my latest experiences:
-
Training Muay ThaiI’ve been learning Muay Thai for 5 years and it’s become a staple part of my life. What started out as a small goal of learning combat techniques has become so much more– my coaches and training buddies are now my second family. We may occasionally give each other bruises, but it’s out of love (most of the time).
Listening to Murder Mysteries
I know it may be a weird and morbid curiosity, but I love ending my night with a good murder mystery. No, I am not a serial killer or fascinated by murders… but I might enjoy a fictional psychological thriller such as "The Patient" by Jasper DeWitt from time to time. This usually backfires though as some stories are so horrifying that I’m too spooked to sleep.
Playing the Guitar
I love playing the fingerstyle guitar, even though I may not be the most skillful at it. Blackbird is my favorite song to play. The next challenge is mastering Canon in D (but that will probably take years).
Camping Off the Beaten Path
Living in Hong Kong has blessed us with some of the most spectacular hikes and camping spots. My friends and I love to go camping. This usually involves meeting up at a pier after sunset, hiking in the dark with all our gear stuffed into our 60L backpacks, sharing a late-night meal together, then waking up somewhere high up in the mountain with a cool breeze, a cup of coffee, and overlooking a beautiful sunrise.
